    If customers opt for the Super CDW or Excess Reduction, the required deposit is reduced by half (EUR 300 for Mini and Economy, EUR 500 for all other groups). This deposit is collected at the beginning of the rental to cover potential costs such as missing fuel, additional days, damages, services, etc.

    At the end of the rental, if there are any charges related to the mentioned items, the deposit will be utilized. If the total amount to be charged exceeds the initial deposit, the driver is responsible for covering the difference.

    Upon vehicle pick-up, customers are required to settle the rental amount and provide a deposit. Transactions for payment and deposits are exclusively accepted through the following methods: Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card, MasterCard debit card, and American Express Debit card. Only cards issued in the name of the main driver will be recognized.

    While cash payments are an option, in such instances, the Security Deposit amount will be doubled. It's essential to emphasize that when opting for cash transactions, a debit/credit card issued in the main driver's name is mandatory for security purposes.
